Swiss Raw Unveils the New Rowing Boat “Achilles” – traser is On Board!

This past weekend marked a significant milestone for the Swiss Raw team: the unveiling and christening of their new ocean rowing boat, Achilles. Following their victory in the world’s toughest rowing race, the team is now gearing up for their next challenge – crossing the Pacific Ocean from Monterey to Hawaii in June 2025, covering an incredible distance of 4,444 kilometers.

During the crossing, the four rowers will operate in a demanding rotation system of 2 hours rowing, 2 hours rest, 24 hours a day. The self-powered light ensures the crew can always track their shifts accurately, even in complete darkness.
